TheChurch Internship is a 9-month journey designed to equip you for impactful Kingdom leadership. Through in-depth Biblical teaching, hands-on experience, and spiritual mentorship, you'll grow in your faith, develop your leadership skills, and be activated in your spiritual calling. Step into a deeper relationship with God and become a leader who transforms lives and influences.
Our internship curriculum focuses on developing covenant leadership that empowers you to lead in both your personal and spiritual life. These transformative courses are designed to sharpen your skills, deepen your relationship with Christ, and prepare you to lead others with Kingdom vision and purpose. Through spiritual growth and practical leadership, you’ll step into your fullest potential as a disciple of Christ.

Clarify your life’s mission and align your actions with God’s plan.

Understand the power of living in covenant with God and others to unlock your fullest potential.
Class Schedule
TheChurch Internship spans 9 months, running from September to June, providing you with a solid foundation for spiritual growth and leadership development. Classes are held once a week in the evenings.
- Duration: September through June
- Mondays from 7:00–8:30 PM
- Monday Holidays Off
Internship Commitment & Requirements
As part of the internship, you'll commit to both serving and learning in hands-on settings. These requirements are designed to help you develop discipline, accountability, and spiritual leadership, preparing you for greater influence and impact. All students are required to:
- Serve and worship during weekend services
- Submit weekly reports at Monday classes
- Bring your Bible and notebook to class each week
- Study and apply the previous week’s lecture notes
- Upon graduation, serve as a leader at theChurch for at least one year
Covenant Commitment:
As a part of theChurch Internship, you'll be committed to both spiritual growth and leadership integrity. This covenant requires dedication to the mission of theChurch, active participation in class and worship, and upholding high standards in all areas of life and ministry.
- Serve the mission and statement of faith of theChurch.
- Maintain a high standard of leadership, integrity, and character.
- Two-week limit for excused absences from classes.
- Three-service absence limit from weekend worship.
- Commit to the Leadership Honor Code, tithing 10%, and participating in prayer and Bible study.
- After graduation, serve as an Intern for no less than one year.
